We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and prepayment in US funds. A $20 bank service fee will be added to orders paid by wire-transfer-of-funds. Prepaid orders must include shipping costs.

MeterMall orders ship United Parcel Service by any service level you choose.  UPS delivery times vary according to  destination and availability of in-stock items. UPS Ground service can take up to 7 business days, and is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.  International delivery varies with destination and customs clearance time--up to 7 business days for UPS Express delivery and up to 14 business days for UPS Expedited delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated during the MeterMall check-out process prior to your final approval.  UPS rates are available for all US states and territories and many international destinations.  If your country is not listed, please Contact Us  Rates are calculated automatically based on the shipping weight, destination, and the level of service you choose.  Every order ships fully insured for your protection.

All orders shipped to destinations within the state of Ohio are subject to 7.00% Ohio sales tax. Out-of-state purchases are not subject to sales tax at this time.  Ohio residents having tax-exempt status, must provide us with a copy of your Ohio Tax-Exempt Certificate in order to avoid sales tax. 

Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States may be subject to import duties or tariffs.  These fees are the responsibility of the international customer.  

While we try our best to maintain a current inventory of all MeterMall products, temporary inventory shortages do occur from time to time.  In-stock items will ship within 1 business day of order receipt.  Orders received before 1 pm EST ship the same day, assuming items are in stock. We will contact you by email should some of your ordered items not be available for immediate shipment.  Orders will be delayed until they can ship complete unless you instruct us to ship a partial order.  Please be aware, that if you choose a partial shipment, shipping charges will be applied to each portion of the shipment. 

Your order can be changed or canceled without obligation right up to the time it ships.  If you wish to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us  as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please understand that, after an order ships, you will be responsible for any unrecoverable costs resulting from the order change or cancellation.

If your are not completely satisfied with a MeterMall product, return it within 30 days for equal exchange, store credit, or full refund of the purchase price--your choice.  Returns received after 30 days from the sale date are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the product price for each month beyond the 30 days.

MeterMall orders are filled with merchandise in good condition and carefully packed for safe transport.  Please Contact Us immediately if your order arrives damaged or in otherwise unsatisfactory condition.  We will make every effort to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

All MeterMall products and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, MeterMall will, at our option, repair or replace products that prove to be defective. This warranty is void if the MeterMall products have been damaged by customer error or negligence or if they have been modified or used in a manner or under conditions not intended by the manufacturer.  Please direct all warranty claims to MeterMall.

Except as described in our guarantee, there are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  MeterMall, and its parent company, Animal Environment Specialists, Inc. (AES) shall not be subject to and disclaims: (1) any other obligations or liabilities arising out of breach or contract or of warranty, (2) any obligations whatsoever arising from tort claims (including negligence and strict liability) or arising under other theories of law with respect to products sold or services rendered by MeterMall/AES or any undertakings, acts, or omissions relating thereto, and (3) all consequential, incidental, and contingent damages whatsoever.   These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between MeterMall/AES and the purchaser, and shall be governed by and constructed according to the laws of the state of Ohio and the United States of America.
